Allways Dive Expeditions is like a family – but without the weird uncle. We work together, laugh together, discover new diving hotspots together, share opinions and ideas and help each other out. We’re a team and everyone is welcome irrespective of background. We pride ourselves on helping our staff grow and be the best they can be in this industry.
A day in the office
Well, some days it will be high pressure hard work! Some days your organisational skills will be tested coordinating a group departure. Other days, your ability to keep a cool head when something goes wrong may be on show. Most days it’s enjoying the office environment, helping people travel to amazing destinations and, let’s face it, wishing it was you going instead.

We’re family friendly
Family and work life balance is important and we may not employ your children, parents, husband, wife or partner but we do employ you and when you’re happy you bring that with you. Happy consultant- Happy Client; doesn’t quite have the same ring as Happy wife Happy life but hey you get the idea right?
