I was leading a trip to Atmosphere Resort in Dumaguete in the Philippines with 12 others on behalf of Frog Dive in Sydney. There were a few twists and turns for the Allways team to deal with including all the schedules being changed by the airline requiring an overnight in Manila as well as a change of carrier. Add to that a last minute cancellation due to medical reasons and some travelling at different times to Manila and it was good to have someone else handling it all! It was all managed very well, the trip went smoothly, the transfers worked and the resort was every bit as good as described. All round a great trip and Allways were efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

helloour dive group of 9 of allways dive clients were stuck in tawali last week in a potentially dangerous situation .rioting in alotau had blocked our access to the town & the airportabigail was contacted once it became obvious that we would miss our flights once the management decided to evacuate all the resort guests by boat that evening ,abigail re booked flights from alotau to melbourne for 48 hours laterall went like clockwork once we reached the safety of a secure hotel in alotau after 6 hours overnight sailing.abigail was very efficient & pleasant thank you abigail

Highly Recommended . Organised a group trip with Claire and Ian at Allways to Kavieng PNG. Organising a group trip is like herding cats. All of the difficulties and changes were cheerfully handled by Claire. Nothing was any trouble. Advice given regarding nusa island resort and scuba ventures kavieng was accurate and very helpful. Pricing also was very competitive. The service I have recieved has assured my repeat business.
