RV Acheron
The Archeron takes guests on an exploration of the Poor Knights Islands, giving them a taste of adventure whilst providing luxurious comfort. Divers will get to experience around 4-5 dives daily, depending on your preference. She is 24 metres long and offers twin-share ensuite cabins.
Each dive site is chosen at the discretion of the crew based on weather conditions and the experience of divers on board – allowing for the best possible dives. In between dives, guests are able to snorkel, kayak, lounge on the boat and fill up on the gourmet foods cooked by the crew. Spending overnight in a marine reserve, it’s not just the underwater life that will amaze guests. Incredible bird life and a magnificent display of stars each night will be sure to amaze.

RV Acheron – Scuba Diving
The diving around the Poor Knights Islands is an unforgettable experience for all that visit. A total Marine and Nature Reserve and in anticipation of being World Heritage Site, these 11 million year old Islands’ volcanic origins provide a multitude of incredible drop-offs, walls, caves, arches and tunnels. Each site has a diverse range of marine and plant life as a result of the nutrient-rich waters. See myriads of fish, sting-rays, dolphins, mantas, and even humpbacks, depending on what time of year you plan on visiting. The destinations that the Acheron will take you to are dependent of the time of year, experience level of divers on board and weather conditions.
