Tropical Watersports – Shark Encounters
B26 Bomber Dive Site
This wreck dive is a fantastic dive for photographers. The B36 Comber was an American bomber that crashed only 1.5 kms from Beachcomber Island and now sits in 26 meters of water. Whilst not exactly intact, it has a defined shape, with entire wing sections, both engines, tail section, electronics, ammunition and undercarriage all resting on the sandy bottom.
The Supermarket
This fantastic dive site is only 10 kms away from the resort. The supermarket is aptly named as it has just about everything on offer! The sharks here are consistent and divers often find themselves with a number of shark species including grey reef sharks, white tip sharks and black tip sharks. This popular site also offers some incredible tropical fish life!
