Koh Tao is an island in Thailand and forms part of the Chumphon Archipelago on the western shore of the Gulf of Thailand. It covers an area of about 21 km.

Koh Tao is blessed with some of Thailand’s most spectacular beaches and bays. Despite it’s popularity among divers, the waters surrounding the island remain crystal clear and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Among the top beach spots are Sairee Beach, Haad Thien (Rocky Bay), Chalok Ban Khao, Ao Leuk and Tanote Bay.

But don’t miss a visit to: Mae Haad Beach: The “capital” of Koh Tao, Mae Haad is the most developed area on the island with lots of shops, bars, restaurants, banks and internet shops. Everything you need is located here!
