DIVING

Heron Island Resort – Diving

With the Great Barrier Reef, one of the world’s most famous reef systems located just a stone’s throw away from the island, it’s safe to assume that this island offers some incredible diving. The waters offer incredible coral life that are teeming with fish, turtles, rays and reef sharks. The surrounding sites can cater to those from the novice to the experienced diver and also offer great conditions for snorkelers just meters from shore. Divers can experience up to 3 dives per day as well and night dives and are to to have experienced dive masters present at all times.
