The minimum non refundable deposit listed on booking form is due per person and must be lodged with booking agent before any booking is made. Talk to us about how travel Insurance can protect your deposit.
OTHER & FINAL PAYMENTS
Final payments are due 75 days prior to travel unless otherwise advised – Full details are available from your booking agent or Allways Dive Expeditions, the onus rests with you to contact us or your tour leader for these details. Sometimes we need to ask for additional installment payments from you to meet supplier booking conditions.
These payments help us lock in your price and inclusions- we won’t ask unless we have to . Please understand that we do everything possible to avoid these extra payments but often operators have thier own payment conditions that differ from ours.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
ALL INITIAL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE
Application for refund of deposit or transfer of deposit under special circumstances can be made directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund and or transfer of deposits are at the discretion of ADE managment. Any refund authorised or transfer of deposit made is subject deduction of administration fees.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS MADE – NON DEPOSITS
Any funds paid to Allways Dive Expeditions ( not requested or invoiced ) prior to final balance due date will be refunded less administration fees in the event of your cancellation.
Where we have requested installment payments for YOUR TRIP we will endevour to attain the best refund possible from the paid suppliers on your belhalf. Any applicable refunds from operators ( including your booking agent) are subject to cancellation fees and costs that may occur where your cancellation alters configuration of a group departure.
NO refunds are possible where notice of cancellation is given inside of 75 days prior to departure. The onus of obtaining details pursuant to individual operators and being fully informed of individual operator refund conditions rests with you the traveller.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Allways Dive Expeditions and its booking agents have made every endeavour to ensure that brochure and advertised details & pricings are correct, however due to changes in airline fares & other charges, prices are subject to increase prior to departure without notice. Prices quoted in NZD fluctuations in exchange rates affect costing which may appear on your final invoice.
We reserve the right to levy the below fees- we try not to becuase were really nice people but sometimes its necessary. General amendment fee: General amendments will incur a $44.00 fee. Late payment fee: Final payments not paid by due date will incur a late payment fee of $50.00 per person. Late bookings: A late booking fee of $55.00 is levied for bookings made less than 7 days prior to departure. Wholesalers & Operators may also levy an amendment fee which will be an additional charge, contact us for details.
Please ensure names you have advised us are absolutely correct according to your passport. Name changes in regards to airline ticketing will incur an amendment fee or issuance of a brand new ticket. Fees levied for these services are set by the Airlines andf they are generally high. Airline fees will not be absorbed by Allways Dive Expeditions or its agents & will be payable by the passenger to whom the charge relates.
Please contact the office if you have been convicted of a criminal offence, as certain visa conditions may apply.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: NOT COMPULSORY BUT DEFINITELY ESSENTIAL
Insurance is highly recommended when travelling and covers you from the time of issuance, cover yourself and your monies paid for any given departure by insuring yourself for the departure. Contact us for a PDS and application form.
If you buy your insurance through us – were here to help, however if you choose independant cover or credit card insurance Allways Dive levies a $50 adminsitration fee for assistance with insurance claim assistance outside of general claim letter.
All group bookings require a min of 10 adults. If groups do not reach this number, price change may occur.
Sales of all services described in this document are made by Allways Dive Expeditions as a disclosed agent for the person or company providing those services. You release & discharge Allways Dive Expeditions to the full extent possible at law for liability relating to any loss and /or damage suffered by you or any other person named on this document- Including but not limited to: a) Loss of prepaid diving activities b) Theft of luggage or personal belongings c) Illness injury, or death
d) Any charges made by any of the service providers e) Delays, omissions, accidents or negligence caused by any party f) Any other loss or damage whatsoever.
YOUR PASSPORT MUST HAVE A MIN 6 MONTHS VALIDITY PAST YOUR INTENDED RETURN DATE. YOUR PASSPORT MUST HAVE A MIN OF 2 UNSTAMPED PAGES FOR VALID TRAVEL.
AIRLINE POLICY INDICATES PASSENGERS WITH LESS THAN 6 MONTHS VALIDITY AND / OR 2 UNUSED PAGES IN THEIR VALID PASSPORT WILL NOT BE CLEARED FOR BOARDING!
